Broom Head – INDUSTRIAL MIX Broom by Geelong Brush Co.
This is a great heavy duty broom in our range of Factory Brooms by Geelong Brush Company.
Industrial Mix is the best fill for sweeping concrete. The broom features an outer band of fine PVC fibre to catch 
fine dust particles around a body of stiffer polypropylene to shift heavier objects such as nails, shavings, stones etc. This synthetic fibre mix has a long service life.
Great for liquid spills as it does not get water-logged.
Available for purchase in single units or boxed, and we can package and ship to anywhere in Australia.
Note – handle and metal stay/brace are additional.
Handles & Fitting
We sell broom heads only through our online store. Supplying timber handles significantly increases freight costs, so we recommend purchasing a 25mm diameter timber handle from your local hardware store.
Fitting is simple:
- Stand the broom handle upright with the smooth end on the floor
- Align the handle with the broom head socket
- Firmly “bang” the broom head onto the handle against the floor 4–5 times
- The handle should feel secure once fitted

For Industrial Use, we recommend using a Metal Brace on sizes 600mm and 900mm for added strength and stability. Contact us for more details.
