The customer service in this company is excellent. Ordered two replacement skylight diffusers and found that I had measured incorrectly. I rang the company and they gave me great advice on how to correctly measure and I then returned the skylights to be recut to a smaller size. Very quickly posted back and they now fit perfectly and a great improvement from the old prismatic ones.

Special thanks to these guys, I enquired about boat trailer rollers and Andrea and Dearna were really helpful with my request. Wasn’t too sure about spending the extra on a chimney sweep brush, so originally bought a cheap one off EBay. Didn’t work anywhere near good enough to improve the airflow to my wood heater so I bought a better one from Bush Bee. Arrived within 48 hours from ordering and is really good quality. Fire is roaring better than it has done since we moved into this house. You get what you pay for I guess. Can tell the brush will last me a lifetime.
