About Busy Bee
Busy Bee is a family owned manufacturing company, with a proud tradition of providing innovative technology, quality products and outstanding customer service.
Busy Bee Brushware Pty Ltd is a second generation family business purchased in 1987. Originally located in Cheltenham Rd, the company moved to 39 Swift Way Dandenong South in 1999. Our founding director, Maurice Frier, retired in 2011 at age 75, after 25 years in the business. He is succeeded by his son, Christopher Frier, who has been an integral part of the business for more than 25 years.
We manufacture custom and industrial Brushware under our Company name of Busy Bee Brushware and also supply cut to size specialist engineering Plastic Sheet and Rod under our BB Engineering Plastics division.
We are proud to present our new ROCK OFF Division, which includes our ROCK OFF Towing Brush Strip and our new range of Mounting bracket options. Check out our online store and eBay Store now.

Our Team
Chris Frier
Managing Director and our “fixer” – he likes to fix things. He enjoys the challenge of coming up with a solution to the hardest of brush or plastics applications. You will see him everywhere – in the showroom, the office or the factory. But please don’t ask him for a daggy dad joke – he has plenty of those up his sleeve!
Andrea Frier
With quite a few years in Finance, Sales and Customer Service (more years than she would like to admit!!), Andrea joined the business in 2014 and supports Chris to run the sales office and showroom.
Dearna Edwards
Dearna joined our team in 2021 and has quickly become an integral part of our sales team. Her previous experience in the Plastics Industry makes her a great fit for our team. You will find her cheery voice and quick wit on the phone or in the showroom.
Neil Tonks
Production Foreman – the man with the bandana. His experience with Busy Bee for nearly 20 years speaks for itself. He heads up our small Production team.
