DIY BRUSH ONLY

The DIY Brush Only option is perfect for those who prefer your own custom installation. The heavy-duty Polypropylene bristle brush comes with an HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) backing that can be drilled and fitted to your own metal angle bracket or C-channel. You can then weld your bracket to fit to the rear of your vehicle or underside of your caravan.  Comes in a range of widths to suit your vehicle tyre to tyre measurement.  And bristle lengths in 50mm increments, from 100mm length to 400mm length. When fitting to the rear of your vehicle, the brush will need structural support in the way of an angle bracket or C Channel.  The brush is heavy duty but has flex over a 2m length.  It is not advisable to fit without support as the brush may vibrate at speed.

 

 

 

 

RAIL ONLY KIT

This kit includes a 304 Stainless Steel rail with laser-cut, smooth edges. It is pre-drilled every 100mm for easy fitting. The kit also comes with self-tapping screws to securely attach the rail to your ROCK OFF brush strip.  You can then make your own fitting for your specific vehicle or under your caravan.  Use the existing bolt holes or drill your own as required.

 

 

 

 

U-BOLT KIT

A popular choice for vehicles with a towing bar, this kit allows you to mount the ROCK OFF below the bar, ensuring full access to electrical plugs and chains. It includes self-tapping screws, M10 bolts, and Nyloc nuts for the U-Bolt brackets, and a set of slotted packers.  You will need to source U-Bolts separately from a hardware store or caravan supply shop. Comes with a set of packers to fit over the bracket and under the towing bar for extra support.

 

 

 

 

 

SIDE/FRAME RAIL KIT

This versatile kit can be mounted on either the outside or inside of your caravan frame. It includes a two-piece fitting system—one piece attaches to the ROCK OFF using M10 bolts, while the other provides an adjustable sliding mechanism to fit your dimensions.

 

 

 

 

 

FLAT MOUNT KIT

Designed for fitting under a caravan, this kit attaches to a crossbar or solid section beneath your caravan. The bracket allows for secure installation with bolts fastening upwards into the underside crossbar, ensuring stability on the road.

 

 

 

 

 

 

HITCH MOUNT KIT

Ideal for vehicles without clear mounting points, such as Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series or Dodge RAM, this kit mounts directly onto the tow hitch. It is best used with an  extendable Hayman Reese adjustable tow hitch, requiring a 65mm or 40mm collar. Installation is simple—remove your tow ball square bar, slide the ROCK OFF over the bar, and refit it into the hitch receiver. The kit includes two adjustable side brackets and stabilizer bolts for a secure fit.
